Sign in & reset your password

Use the email address registered for your resident account.

  1. Open Winding River Connect and select Resident Log In.
  2. Enter your registered email and password, or use the sign-in provider you normally use.
  3. Open your account menu at the top right to find My Profile, reservations and RSVPs.
  4. Sign out when you finish on a shared computer.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in screen, select the password-reset option, usually Forgot password?
  2. Enter your account email address.
  3. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder. Follow the link in the newest reset email to choose a new password.

Connect & update your directory profile

Connect your account once so you can keep your own details up to date.

Connect your account

  1. Sign in with your own email and complete any email verification requested.
  2. Open My Profile → Your Directory Profile.
  3. Review the suggested name and property. If the record is yours, select Yes, link my profile.
  4. Wait for Profile linked to your account.

If the record is missing or wrong, or your household shares an email, open Request office review or a correction, describe what you need and submit the request. Check the same section for the office's response.

Update your information

  1. After your profile is connected, select Edit Profile.
  2. Update your preferred name, contact details, bio or pets, then select Save.
  3. Use the photo controls to update your own photos and the privacy controls to choose which contact details appear in the directory.

Changing your directory contact email does not change the email you use to sign in. Your account stays connected to your profile.

Household information

Each household member uses their own account and individual profile. You can edit your own information. Ask the office to correct legal names, addresses, lots or household membership.

If the office has designated you as a household manager, Shared household introduction appears in My Profile. You can edit that shared text. Other household members manage their own personal details and email choices.

Owning multiple lots

Link and manage a directory profile for each property you own.

How multi-lot ownership works

Your account can manage a directory profile for each lot you own in Winding River. The first lot you link becomes your primary profile. Additional lots appear in the My Properties section of My Profile.

Each lot has its own directory entry with its own contact details, privacy settings and bio. Your sign-in email stays the same for all lots.

Link an additional lot

  1. Sign in with the email address registered for all your lots.
  2. Open My Profile → Your Directory Profile.
  3. If another lot matches your email, Additional lots matching your email appears below your primary profile.
  4. Select Link this lot next to the property you want to add.
  5. The lot appears in My Properties and you can edit its directory entry.

If a lot does not appear automatically, the office may need to link it for you. Contact the Property Management Office with your name, the lot number and your sign-in email.

Edit a specific lot's profile

  1. Open My Profile and find My Properties.
  2. Each lot is listed with its address and lot number.
  3. Select the lot whose directory entry you want to update.
  4. Edit the contact details, privacy settings or bio for that lot, then save.

Changes to one lot do not affect the others. Each lot's directory entry is independent.

Selling a lot

When you sell a lot, the office archives your directory record for that property. If the sold lot was your primary profile, your primary automatically moves to the next remaining lot linked to your account.

The new owner's directory record is created when the office imports the updated CAMS data. The new owner then links their own account to that record.

You do not need to do anything yourself. If you sold your only lot, your account link is cleared. When you buy again, link your new profile the same way you linked the first one.

Choose your email preferences

Choose the optional community messages you would like to receive.

Change your choices

  1. Open My Profile from your account menu.
  2. Find My Email Preferences.
  3. Turn optional categories on or off. Each change saves automatically; wait for confirmation.

Optional categories

  • Social Events: community social and educational event announcements.
  • Weekly River Notes: the weekly newsletter with announcements and upcoming events.
  • Community Loss: notices of a resident's passing and remembrance information.
  • Classifieds: real estate, rentals and resident business listings.

Social Events, Weekly River Notes and Community Loss start on for new preferences. Classifieds starts off. Your saved choices are kept.

Always-on categories Emergency Alerts, Community Updates, News from the Board and Committee Announcements cannot be turned off in My Email Preferences.

Unsubscribe from a message

Use the personal unsubscribe link in the message, read which mailing it applies to, and confirm your choice. Some newsletters and directory mailings have separate preferences. If an optional message continues after you opt out, contact the office with its subject and date so they can help with the right mailing list.

If expected messages are missing, check spam or junk and confirm your account email.

Request a room or marina slip

Check availability, submit your request and confirm its status.

Request a room

Room requests are normally made by the Lead of a committee or interest group. If you are booking for a group and cannot submit, contact your group Lead or the office.

  1. Open My Room Reservations from your account menu.
  2. Choose the committee or interest group you represent, the room and date.
  3. Enter all required times, including setup and cleanup, plus attendance, purpose and any requested extras.
  4. Check availability and resolve any conflicts. For repeating meetings, review every date.
  5. Submit, then reopen your reservation to check its status.

Pending means the request is awaiting review. Wait for approval before announcing a confirmed room booking. A calendar listing alone does not confirm approval. Contact the office or amenity contact if you need help changing or cancelling a request.

Request a marina slip

  1. Open Marina reservations and review the availability calendar and rules.
  2. Choose the slip and dates, then enter the requested boat and decal information.
  3. Submit and check the saved reservation's status. Some requests require review.
  4. Use My Boat Slips in your account menu to return to your marina bookings.

Room and marina reservations are separate. Follow the rules shown for the specific amenity.

Find events & manage your RSVPs

See what's coming up and keep track of the events you plan to attend.

Find an event

  1. Open Calendar and choose a Month, Week or List view.
  2. Use the filters to narrow the calendar, then open an event for its details.
  3. Check the date, time, location and registration instructions.

Register or RSVP

  1. If registration is available, choose RSVP or the event's registration option.
  2. Enter the number attending when asked. If the event is full, use the waitlist when offered.
  3. For a paid event, follow the payment instructions displayed. Check the payment status; a pending payment is not a receipt.
  4. Open My RSVPs to review your saved registrations.

Use the cancellation option on the event page when available, or contact the organizer for help. Adding an event to your personal calendar does not register you for it.

Find your interest groups

Return to the groups you've joined or discover something new.

  1. Open My Interest Groups from your account menu. The Joined filter shows your groups.
  2. Choose All Groups to explore other interests.
  3. Open a group's page to read its description, activities and contact information.
  4. Use the membership option shown on that page, or contact the group organizer for help joining.

Joining a group does not automatically reserve a room or register you for an event. Follow the booking or RSVP instructions separately.
