The Property Management Office

Winding River is proudly managed by Community Association Management Services (CAMS), and our on-site team is right around the corner in the Property Management Office at 1640 Goley Hewett Road, across from the fitness center. The Board has entrusted CAMS with handling most day-to-day matters, so we're here to make things run smoothly for you. Your CAMS Owner Portal is available to provide you with access to CAMS communications, submit ARC/Modification requests, make payments, or submit general inquiries.

Meet the Team

Community Manager

Robin Balda

Our Community Manager Robin is responsible for providing the overall supervision of the association. She interacts with internal and external customers including members, vendors, board and committee members, as well as CAMS staff members. Robin is originally from Atlanta, GA, but has called the Southport area home since 2010. She has seven-year-old twins that keep life busy and she enjoys spending time with her family in the pool.

ARB/MODS Coordinator

Tammy Davis

As the Architectural Review Board and Modifications Committees (ARB/MOD) Coordinator, Tammy is responsible for ensuring the review processes for new home construction submissions and homeowner modifications requests are fair, consistent and aligned with the communities governing documents. Tammy is a native of North Carolina, originally from the foothills. After retiring from teaching in 2018, she fulfilled a life long dream of moving to the coast. She loves spending time with my family and friends and being at the beach.
