Modification (ARC) requests
Planning a change to your home or landscaping? All Modification requests are submitted through the CAMS Owner's Portal.
How to submit a request
Start by logging in to your CAMS Owner account.
Go to your CAMS Owner account- 1
Go to Dashboard
After you log in, open your Dashboard.

Click “My Items”
Find it in the Dashboard menu.

Submit a request
Choose ARC Request.

Complete the request
Attach the form with photos and any other supporting documents.
What happens next: Your Modification/ARC request will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting. The response will be sent through your owner portal.
